I recently quit my Optus mobile service and moved to Virgin Mobile.
The basic service I now have seems okay but when it comes to customer service, things are far from good. eg. when I email them small questions they just send me responses they’ve given to other customers.Trouble is they rarely even address the issue.
My gut feel is they are getting too much business and are unable to deal with customer concerns and questions. Any thoughts from other (new) Virgin Mobile customers here in Australia?
